Answering Share Your World Questions

It’s time for this week’s Share My World.

The first question this week is:

Do you prefer eating foods with nuts or no nuts?

Without nuts. I love nuts but I prefer just eating nuts whole, rather than having them in things. The one exception is Pecan Pie. So good!

If someone made a movie of your life would it be a drama, a comedy, a romantic-comedy, action film, or science fiction?

Probably a little of everything, except science fiction. I’ve never flown a rocket ship or found myself in an alternate dimension…yet.

Who talks real sense to you?

I think Sam Harris talks a lot of sense, and even the things he says I don’t agree with, I usually find interesting.

Dave Rubin talks a lot of sense.

I guess it depends on the circumstances or topic. People are incapable of talking sense 100% of the time.

Do you have a favorite board game?

Risk by far! I love that game. I also like Chess.

Optional Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

To be honest, I wasn’t all that thankful last week. At least, not in something spectacularly different than every other week.

This week I’m looking forward to seeing a Christmas Festival with a client.

  1. No nuts for me. I actually like most nuts, with the exception of walnuts and pecans, which I find unbearably bitter. Guess which nuts are used the most in baked goods? So I just pass on nuts, because it’s safer. If people baked with peanuts and macadamias instead, my answer would be different.

My life’s too boring for a movie.

Valerie Tarico talks a lot of sense. And Steve Novella. And Carol Tavris. Also Captain Cassidy at Roll to Disbelieve.

Favorite board game is probably Iron Dragon. (It’s a rail game, no attacking, just try to outcompete each other. Plus you get to draw on the board.)

I’m thankful last week is over. We had out of town guests, so I needed to clean the house and cook, and get my kids to clean house and cook, and I’m glad that’s behind me.

  2. no nuts in things, if I want crunch Ill find something else. Peanuts, fine. Not much else for any reason.

My movie would be slightly out of focus, and probably run out of film before we ran out of me…

The voices in my head. They are the most sensible ones I ve heard in a long time.

    Monopoly, or Scrabble.

Im thankful too that last week is now last week, I love those people, but that’s a LONG drive in the snow to eat turkey. And thankful that the headcold one of them passed along to me will be gone–eventually–

    • ” if I want crunch Ill find something else. Peanuts, fine. Not much else for any reason.”

When I bite into an unexpected nut in a baked good, it makes me think of a piece of tooth.

“The voices in my head. They are the most sensible ones I ve heard in a long time.”

      “Monopoly, or Scrabble. ”

Not a big fan of Monopoly but Scrabble can be fun. My GF loves that game.

Thanks for sharing Judy and have a terrific day.
