Halloween Pictures

So I had a couple of Halloween pictures I wanted to share with you all.

Here’s a couple of pumpkins I carved with a client of mine.

Don’t judge me. I know I’m no pumpkin Picasso or anything. It took every ounce of artistic talent I had to manage these carvings.

Here’s a couple pictures of Dexter wearing his Halloween gear. My wife took him to the local pet store and had a portrait done of him.

Yeah…he’s totally spoiled.

So there you have it. It was a fairly uneventful Halloween. I was pretty sick with a cold (the dripping, moaning sort that is never pleasant) and the kids were away, so the wife and I decided to order Chinese food, curl up on the coach and watch Ghostbusters and Zombieland.

It was pretty amazing to me how well Ghostbusters has held up after all these years. The special effects didn’t seem as hokey as I thought they’d be and the movie still made me laugh out loud a few times.

  1. These are great pictures! Dexter is so adorable! My daughter and I really wanted to get costumes for our cats and the dog, but in the end we decided we didn’t want to spend the extra money because none of them would keep them on anyway. And your pumpkins look just fine, we cheated this year and used patterns for carving ours, and they still didn’t look all that impressive.
I love Ghostbusters, even if it is kinda sappy, it’s so entertaining, Bill Murray is hilarious! We watched Hocus Pocus. 🙂
    Hope you’re feeling better soon!
